Backstreet Boys would go on tour with New Kids on the Block

One of the most popular young pop bands of all time, Backstreet Boys, full return to the big to the media via a joint tour with the equally popular New Kids on the Block. According to News, the pop band is about to sign an agreement with 'Live Nation Entertainment' for a tour beginning in 2011. The company goal is to resurrect the phenomenon of youth gangs pop, which was so successful in the nineties.

"The idea is to recreate the phenomenon 'boy band'," explained a source from the music company. To accompany the group on tour, no one better than the New Kids on the Block, who already showed in June that were very height of the Backstreet Boys when they sang together "I Want It That Way" at Radio City Music Hall.

It would, therefore, a great opportunity to resurface the Backstreet. They have released three albums since 2005, but after Kevin Richardson to leave in 2006, have not returned to be the same.

Also, in Live Nation is seeking a third 'boy band' for the tour, and as things stand, it would be the Boyz II Men, a quintet that also found success in the nineties.
