Thanks to the Latin Recording Academy, we know the list of nominees for the twelfth edition of the Latin Grammy Awards. According to the list with 10 nominations is leading the Puerto Rican duo "Calle 13" who stands out in "Record of the Year", "Song of the Year" and "Album of the Year". The Grammy Latino 2010 has a winner: it is the Dominican singer Juan Luis Guerra, who took home three awards, including album of the year for "A sound of war". The composer also won the award for Best Contemporary Tropical Album, which he shared with Johnny Ventura, and Best Tropical Song for "Bachata en Fukuoka".
The Mexican group Camila was another of the big winners of the night by winning three awards: Song and Record of the Year "You Lie" and Best Local Album by a Duo for "Dejarte de Amar". Also, Spanish Alejandro Sanz received the award in the category of Best Pop Vocal Album grammy for "Paraiso Express". |
